Gopher State One
Call/Diggers Hotline

The customer is responsible for calling Gopher State One or Diggers Hotline to mark utility lines. This must be done at least 4 days prior to the event. Top Notch Rentals is not responsible for damaged utility lines. ​

Damaged Rentals

If any rental items are damaged, lost, or stolen, the customer will be charged the cost of replacement for the rental item.
Weather Cancellations

If an event is cancelled due to weather (and Top Notch equipment is NOT delivered) the customer will NOT receive their 50% down payment back, but will not have to pay the remaining balance. ​

If an event is cancelled (and the equipment is already delivered) the customer will be required pay in full. A rain check can be discussed depending on availability and time of the year.
Payment Information

Top Notch Rentals accepts cash, Venmo, and/or check

A 50% down payment is required at the time of reservation, with the additional 50% being paid upon arrival for delivery and setup.
Additional Information

All rentals will be set up and taken down by Top Notch Rentals. The customer does not have the option to do so themselves

Normal tent rental is 2-3 days (1 for setup, 1-2 for event and takedown). For longer rentals, additional charges will be applied

Tents must have 5' of available space around them to ensure proper setup

Side curtains for the tents can be ordered seperately

IMPORTANT: All fires must be downwind and a minimum of 100 feet from the tent. NO torches, candles, etc are allowed in or around the tent. Any damage resulting for ignoring this rule will result in full replacement charges.

Cancellation policy: 50% down payment will NOT be refunded.
